I’m passionate about helping others learn concepts that support them, their clients, or their employees in navigating the tough stuff of life. While we can't make difficult thoughts, emotions, or challenging circumstances disappear, we can develop skills to handle them in healthier ways, paving the way toward living a meaningful life.

In my practice, I utilize a variety of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Circle of Security Parenting™, Creative Image Expression, Japanese Psychology, Metaphorical Association, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. These techniques help individuals and teams build resilience, enhance emotional well-being, and stay connected to what truly matters in their hearts.

Over the years, I’ve practiced these concepts in my own life, gaining a greater ability to manage life's ups and downs with ease and confidence. I've become more self-assured and grounded in who I am, both as a person and as a therapist. As a result, I experience more peace, joy, and ease in my everyday life. I’ve come to enjoy life more fully.
