Completion of the ACST Training Program is a prerequisite.
The ACST Incubator is intended for clinicians who have completed the Acceptance and Commitment Sandtray Therapy Training Program and wish to continue developing their understanding and practice of ACST.
This is a small, interactive learning community. Participation involves case exploration, experiential practice, discussion, reflection, and learning with and from one another. The Incubator builds upon the foundation established during the ACST Training Program rather than repeating that training or providing instruction in related areas of professional development.
Because the quality of the experience depends substantially upon the people who comprise the group, participation in the ACST Incubator is by application and interview.
Particulars
ACST Incubator hours will apply toward the World Association of Sand Therapy Professionals Registered Sand Therapist requirements.
(In North Carolina, a study group is not required to gain endorsement, and qualifies for NASW-NC CEs.)
A certificate of completion showing the number of hours you attended will be provided.
Meetings will be monthly for 2.5 hours per study session (with a 15-minute break included).

A clear outlined agenda will be provided to you prior to each meeting.
Minimum of 6 individuals to form the group.

I'm following my heart. Rather than establishing a fixed fee, I'm providing a suggested fee and am asking you to determine the amount you'll pay by considering:

What value do you place on the consultation, including the professional time, experience, and expertise being offered?

What amount will support the continued sustainability of this professional work?

What amount supports the continued engagement of the ACST community as a whole?
No explanation or justification needed.
Financial circumstances are not static. What is manageable at one meeting may be different at another. Your payment may change from meeting to meeting — in either direction. Each time, you may pay less than, equal to, or more than the suggested fee. It's totally up to your discretion.
Suggested ACST Incubator fee is $120 per individual for each 2.5-hr. meeting.
I will not review individual payment amounts. After each meeting, I will look only at the total amount received from the group. This allows me to assess whether Heart-Conscious Compensation is financially sustainable while preserving each participant's privacy around the amount they choose to pay.
Suggested ACST Individual Consultation and Other Individual Consultations fee:
$125 per hour
For Individual Consultation, I will be able to see the payment associated with the individual appointment. The same Heart-Conscious Compensation principles still apply, and my hope is that you will feel comfortable setting and paying an amount that is truly grounded in your unique and personal heart-led determination.
