At the top of this agenda, we will be extending a special welcome to our newest member, Alma Burch, and we will give ourselves time to get acquainted.

Our plan is to use this time to settle in and discuss how our grouop will move forward these next eight meetings. I'd love it if you could reflec ton what went well last session, what you'd like to see more of, and what your ideal ACT study group experience would look like. In an egalitarian spirit, I'm hoping we will be able to make determinations about this session's group agenda structure, to include pacing and incorporation of RFT.

The screen will be shared to do a bit of crusing around the course website as well as the Foxy Learning course site so we can acclimate and get comfortable with the technology piece.

Any extra time can be devoted to Q & A, discussion, reflection.
