Each of these courses will take a deeper dive into an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Core Process.

All congruent with ACT.

You'll be moving through the modules on your own, at your own pace. 
You won't be turning anything in for review. 

If you're a professional,  it's vital that you practice this approach in a personal way to fully understand and grasp the concepts.
